Bozüyük RES elektrik üretim tesisinin kapasite artisinin saglanmasi amaciyla Bilecik Ilinde bulunan ve ekli listede kamulastirma bilgileri yer alan taginmazlarin, tapuda Hazine adina tescil edilmek üzere Enerji Piyasasi Düzenleme Kurumu tarafindan acele kamulastirilmasina, 2942 sayih Kamulastirma Kanununun 27 nci maddesi geregince karar verilmistir.
